Common workflows

Copy these flows or adapt them. You can do every step in one back-and-forth chat - Claude keeps the project context as you go.

Source candidates for a role

  1. Describe the role. "Source senior backend engineers with Go and Kubernetes in Berlin."
  2. Claude builds a search and shows the filters. Add anything it flags as missing.
  3. Confirm the run. It uses credits, so Claude asks first - reply "yes, run it."
  4. Preview. "Show me who it found."
  5. Add to a project. "Add them to project 41338" (or "…to a new project called 'Backend - Berlin'.")

Add specific people by LinkedIn

"Add these to project 41338: https://linkedin.com/in/…, https://linkedin.com/in/…"

No project mentioned? Claude lists your projects so you can pick one.

Vet a project and get a shortlist

  1. Generate criteria. "Generate vetting criteria for project 41338."
  2. Review & tweak. "Make 'AWS' a must-have, add 'fintech background' as good-to-have, and remove the last one."
  3. Run vetting. "Run vetting." Claude shows the final criteria and waits for your "yes, confirmed."
  4. See the best. "Show me the top 10 candidates." - ranked by star rating.

Run an outreach sequence

  1. Build the sequence. "Make a sequence: intro email, wait 2 days, then an SMS, then a follow-up email 3 days later." Personalize with {firstName}, {fullName}, {jobTitle}, {organization}, {industry}, {senderName}.
  2. Launch it. "Start that sequence for the top 20 in project 41338, beginning Monday 9am."
  3. Claude shows the plan and who'll be skipped (people who already replied, were contacted recently, etc.). Keep the skip list, skip no one, or change it - then reply "confirmed."
  4. Check on it. "How's that outreach going?" / "Who got skipped, and why?"
  5. Need to pause? "Stop the outreach." Resume later with "resume it."

Reply to a candidate from your inbox

  1. Find the conversation. "Show everyone who replied on project 41338." or "What did this candidate last say?"
  2. Reply. "Reply: 'Thanks - are you free Tuesday at 3?'" - Claude shows the message and waits for your "send it." (Email threads into the existing conversation; SMS is supported too.)

Call candidates with the AI

  1. Kick off the calls. "Have the AI call the top 10 in project 41338 about this role."
  2. Give it a pitch. Claude asks what the AI should say - paste your pitch as text, share a link to a doc, or use your company doc on file (or skip).
  3. Confirm. It places real calls and uses credits, so Claude confirms first - reply "confirmed." (If AI calling isn't switched on or you have no calling number, Claude gives you a setup link.)
  4. See how it went. "How did the AI calls go?" - then "What did that candidate say?" for the summary and full transcript.

Check on your projects

  • "List my projects." → table with counts, status, and dashboard links.
  • "How many candidates have we contacted on project 41338?"
  • "Give me the dashboard link for project 41338."

Pick up where you left off

"Resume project 41338 - what's the status and what should I do next?"

Claude pulls the project's stats and suggests the next action (vet, source more, review the shortlist).
