HireQuotient EasySource - MCP for Claude

This is the HireQuotient EasySource MCP server. Connect EasySource to Claude and run your recruiting work in plain English - no dashboard clicking required. Ask Claude to source candidates, vet them against a role, rank your shortlist, or pull up a project, and it does the work in your EasySource account and reports back.

Add it to Claude

In claude.ai go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste:

Who this is for: EasySource recruiters who use Claude (claude.ai). You log in once with your work Google account and Claude acts as you - it can only see and change the projects you already have access to.

What it can do

  • 🔎 Source candidates from a natural-language brief ("ML engineers with 3+ years in Bengaluru") - Claude turns it into a search, previews matches, and adds them to a project.
  • 🔗 Add candidates by LinkedIn URL straight into a project.
  • ✅ Vet a project - generate must-have / good-to-have criteria, edit them, then run vetting to rate everyone.
  • ⭐ Rank your shortlist by star rating and surface the top candidates.
  • 📣 Run outreach - build multi-step email/SMS sequences, launch them, reply from your Super Inbox, and see who's been skipped and why.
  • 📞 Let the AI call candidates - start AI voice calls on a project with your pitch, then read each call's outcome and transcript.
  • 📋 See your projects with live counts (candidates, pipeline, contacted, responded) and one-click dashboard links.

Get started in 2 minutes

  1. Connect EasySource to Claude - add the connector and log in.
  2. Type a request, e.g. "List my projects" or "Source backend engineers in Berlin for project 41338."
  3. Not sure what to ask? Type /hq_help in Claude for a menu of everything it can do.

Good to know

  • Claude only ever acts as your EasySource user - same permissions as the dashboard.
  • Anything that spends search credits or changes a project (running a search, running vetting) asks you to confirm first.
  • Candidate ranking always uses your project's star rating.
